Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of a variety of projects in Eschen. Your main role will be to lead and coordinate with a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all structural and safety requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects comply with local building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position. A degree in architecture or a related field is also required. Strong project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process from conceptualization to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve project designs, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
