We are a growing architectural firm located in the beautiful city of Faro, Portugal seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our projects. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed architectural drawings and models, conducting site surveys, and collaborating with architects and engineers to bring designs to life.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software
- Develop 3D models for presentations and client meetings
- Conduct site surveys to gather necessary information for designs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into designs
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
