Job Title: Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Faro. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our senior team members to assist in the design and development of architectural projects. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop design concepts and solutions
- Conduct site visits and assist in measuring existing structures
- Prepare 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials
- Attend project meetings and take detailed notes
- Help maintain project documentation and files

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new software programs and techniques

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
