We are a well-established architectural firm based in Faro, seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and technical aspects of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and includes a competitive salary of 1100$. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of drawings, plans, and specifications for various architectural projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess site conditions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed architectural drawings
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Understanding of construction methods and materials
