Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn and develop their skills in the field of computer support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience in this field, as we are willing to provide training and support to help you excel in your role.

As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure systems and applications, and maintain accurate records of all support activities. Additionally, you will assist with network maintenance tasks such as setting up user accounts, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data security.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also possess good communication skills as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.

This position offers a salary of $1200 per month with the potential for growth within the company. We also provide accommodation for our employees if needed. Please note that we are open to candidates from all nationalities and do not require applicants to have their own visa.
