Fitter Technician
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are hiring a skilled Fitter Technician to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitter work, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout of systems and equipment
- Install mechanical systems according to specifications and industry standards
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical systems and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to implement solutions for complex problems
- Follow strict safety regulations while working with heavy machinery and equipment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work done and any repairs made
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in fitter work preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a fitter technician, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment used in fitter work
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members effectively

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, etc. This is a full-time position requiring you to work 40 hours per week.
