Turner for Manufacturing Company in Khanpur

We are hiring a skilled Turner to join our manufacturing company in Khanpur. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating machines and tools to shape and form metal parts according to specifications. Your role will involve reading blueprints, setting up and adjusting machines, and ensuring quality control of the finished products.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of work
- Make adjustments to machinery as needed
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Turner or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of metalworking techniques and machinery operations
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
