Senior Architect (Part-Time)
Location: Almada, Portugal

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for providing architectural expertise and guidance on various projects. You will work part-time in our Almada office, collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality designs and plans. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the field, as well as a biometric passport for international travel. This is a great opportunity for an experienced architect looking for a flexible part-time role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present architectural plans and designs for various projects
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements
- Provide expert advice on building codes, regulations, and construction materials
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and blueprints
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction materials
- Proficient in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary: $1600 per month (based on part-time hours)
