We are in need of a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team in Balzers. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces such as walls, floors, and furniture. Your main goal will be to create a high-quality finished product that meets the client's specifications and expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to protect them from drips
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and equipment
- Ability to mix colors accurately and match existing shades
- Attention to detail and strong eye for color
- Physical stamina and ability to work long hours on your feet
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
- Previous experience working in residential or commercial painting projects
- Familiarity with different types of paints, stains, varnishes, and surface materials
- Basic math skills for measuring areas and estimating material quantities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
