Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their needs. This position is based in Lahore, and it is a contract job with a salary of 1700$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of the building design
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Review building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure project compliance
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on industrial projects in Lahore
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
