Job Title: Junior Commercial Architect - Braga, Portugal



We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of commercial projects such as office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the project team to develop design concepts and solutions for commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in line with design plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Stay updated on industry trends and standards to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working on commercial projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal.
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.

Salary: 1400$ per month

This position does not require previous experience or accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be provided for exceptional candidates. All levels of experience will be considered for this role.
