Sales Manager - Braga, Portugal
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through managing a team of sales representatives and developing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Train and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
- Travel to client meetings, trade shows, and other events as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
