Manager - Operations and Logistics (Indians Preferred) in Dubai


We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our operations and logistics in Dubai. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and we are specifically seeking candidates of Indian nationality.

As the Manager of Operations and Logistics, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our company's supply chain, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement of materials and supplies needed for production
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and monitor delivery schedules
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation costs and delivery times
- Monitor production processes to ensure timely completion of orders
- Collaborate with sales team to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in supply chain efficiency

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operations or logistics management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of supply chain management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
