Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation and be able to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery according to instructions
- Ensure machines are set up correctly for each job
- Inspect parts for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance on machines
- Maintain production logs and reports
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Fluent English speaking skills preferred but not required
