Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans for various projects in the city of Eschen. Your main task will be to develop creative and functional designs that meet the client's requirements and budget while adhering to building codes and regulations. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the designs are feasible and can be successfully implemented.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans, layouts, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Create detailed specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Review and revise plans based on feedback from clients or other professionals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architectural design or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate plans/drawings within tight deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

This is a full-time position without experience required; however, candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
