Land Surveyor - Contract Position



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. As the Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features for construction, engineering, or mapping purposes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software such as GPS, total stations, and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and maps
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to travel to various job sites

Responsibilities:

- Conduct surveys of land areas using various surveying equipment
- Analyze data from surveys, maps, deeds, and other records to determine boundaries and locations of structures on the land
- Prepare detailed reports of survey findings including measurements, calculations, and sketches
- Perform calculations for boundary lines, topographic features, elevations, etc.
- Create maps using survey data for construction or planning purposes
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals on projects requiring land surveying expertise
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites

Benefits:

This is a contract position paying 1100$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with some experience looking to gain more hands-on experience in the field.
