Radio Technician

We are hiring a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing radio equipment, ensuring that it is functioning properly and meeting industry standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in radio technology and be able to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues. You should also have strong communication skills as you will be working closely with other technicians and clients to resolve any equipment problems. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, and repair radio equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems
- Maintain documentation of all work performed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in radio technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of radio technology and electrical systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Certification or degree in electronics or related field
- Experience working with different types of radio systems (VHF, UHF, HF)
- Familiarity with FCC regulations

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. Additionally, we provide free visa processing and a one-way ticket to Porto for the selected candidate. Accommodation is not provided, so applicants must have their own housing arrangements in place.
