IT Support Specialist



As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly. This is a contract position, perfect for students or individuals looking to gain experience in the field. This role does not provide accommodation and is located in Eschen, offering opportunities for English-speaking Filipinos.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot any technical issues they may be experiencing
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and other equipment as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to identify solutions for complex technical problems
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with ordering new equipment when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide clients with the best support possible

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and hardware components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
