Job Title: Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an English-speaking company, we welcome applicants from all nationalities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles and be able to work efficiently without accommodation. We provide the opportunity for a free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for team members.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Eschen, Liechtenstein.
