Team Lead



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Khanpur. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of individuals to ensure efficiency and productivity in achieving company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage the daily activities of the team
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team to achieve
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Develop strategies to increase team performance, including identifying training needs
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow between teams
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Provide support, guidance, and coaching to team members when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or similar role is required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
