We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their individual targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on performance to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure cohesive company goals are met
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or related field (preferred)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
