Administrative Assistant in Funchal, Madeira
We are in search of an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Funchal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for company executives
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Act as the point of contact between employees, clients, and vendors
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Funchal, Madeira (Portugal)
