As a Restaurant Manager in our bustling city of Braga, Portugal, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional leadership skills and passion for the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective marketing strategies
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with local regulations
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Portuguese is required; knowledge of English is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month
