- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality of food and efficient service
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local food trends and popular dishes in Braga preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this seasonal position.
