Job Title: Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients through various online platforms. Your main role will be to assist customers in making informed decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues or concerns that may arise and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Understand client's needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Answer any product or service related questions
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide top-quality service to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using various online communication tools and platforms
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus
