Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of formworkers in the construction of various structures, such as bridges, buildings, and roads. You will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely, and that high-quality work is produced. You will also be responsible for planning and organizing the team's schedule, ordering materials, and maintaining equipment. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive knowledge of formwork techniques and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. This is a contract position based in Porto with a salary of 1200$. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.
