Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager at our company in Faro, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects. This includes managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance, supervision, and support
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Communicate effectively with contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review project plans and budgets to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture (managerial experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of successfully completing architectural projects on time and within budget
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ability to travel for site visits as needed
