Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our luxury hotel in Dubai. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in hotel sales and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and market share
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, sales calls, and partnerships
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data to track performance against targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Dubai is preferred
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month, plus commission based on performance.
Location:
This job is located in Dubai. While Nepali nationality is preferred, candidates from other nationalities are welcome to apply.
