Hotel Sales Manager

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Dubai. This position is open to Pakistani and Filipino candidates, with no English language requirement. The role is full-time and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and identify potential target markets and business opportunities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Train and supervise the sales team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
