We are seeking a responsible and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Funchal. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing and organizing paperwork, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Previous experience is not required, but proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills are preferred. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
