Carpenter - Isa Town, Bahrain



We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, including furniture, cabinets, and building frameworks.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and measurements
- Cut, shape and smooth wood using hand tools and power tools
- Build wooden structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and stairways
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, trim, or hardware
- Inspect work pieces for defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using ruler or pencil
- Follow safety procedures at all times to avoid accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Manual dexterity with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending or lifting heavy materials
- Good understanding of basic math skills
- High school diploma; Successful completion of an apprenticeship program is preferred
