Loader Operator


We are in search of a reliable and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials, such as dirt, gravel, and other construction materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating loaders and possess a valid biometric passport. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and transport materials on job sites
- Follow safety standards and procedures while operating machinery
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on loaders as needed
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading and transportation tasks
- Ensure materials are loaded onto trucks or containers according to specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction or related field
- Valid biometric passport for international travel (Indian nationality preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong understanding of loading techniques and safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
