Sales Manager - Eldoret, Kenya

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the African market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in Eldoret or surrounding areas
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English (Swahili proficiency is a plus)
