IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our IT team and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all technology systems. This role is based in Shan, Pakistan and offers a salary of 1600$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project management
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place to protect company information
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend new technology solutions that could benefit the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, and data backup procedures
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech employees
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Pakistani nationality preferred
