We are a thriving technology company in Shan, looking for an experienced Indian Information Technology Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage IT projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
