Surveyor - City Infrastructure Maintenance



As a Surveyor for City Infrastructure Maintenance, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and inspections of various city infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and buildings. Your main task will be to ensure that these structures are safe and well-maintained for public use.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular surveys and inspections of city infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
- Use advanced equipment and techniques to collect data and identify any structural issues or maintenance needs.
- Prepare reports based on survey findings and recommend necessary repairs or improvements.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and construction workers to develop effective maintenance plans.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to city infrastructure maintenance.
- Communicate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits for construction or repairs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surveyor in city infrastructure maintenance.
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment used in the field.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and safety protocols related to city infrastructure maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with different professionals and authorities.

Salary:
1200$ per month

Lisbon, Portugal

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with standard working hours. However, some flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines.
