As a Barista - Specialty Coffee Maker at our trendy coffee shop in Porto, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other specialty beverages while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew
- Create latte art to enhance the visual appeal of our beverages
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash register
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or specialty coffee maker is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art techniques is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in drink preparation
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
