Sales Manager - Bungoma, Kenya



We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities in the region. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and support to improve team performance
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective sales strategies and materials
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
