Sales Manager (Malayalee) in Bungoma, Kenya


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This position is suitable for Malayalees who are looking for an exciting career opportunity in East Africa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to improve sales skills
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Fluency in Malayalam is required, knowledge of English is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to relocate to Bungoma, Kenya if not currently residing there
