Entry Level Librarian - Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Librarian to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an entry level position, no previous experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in the field of library science.

As a Librarian, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our library's collection of books, magazines, and other materials. This includes cataloging new items, managing loan requests and returns, and ensuring the overall organization and cleanliness of the library space. You will also assist patrons with finding and accessing materials, providing recommendations for reading materials, and answering any questions they may have.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for books and a strong attention to detail. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills are necessary for this role.
