Concierge (Funchal, Portugal)

We are in need of a competent and reliable Concierge to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. Your duties will include making reservations, recommending local attractions and restaurants, arranging transportation, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have a strong knowledge of the local area. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, therefore we prefer candidates who are already based in Funchal or willing to relocate at their own expense. This position is urgent so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and have the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you!
