Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager (Almada, Portugal)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships through regular communication and networking
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on progress towards goals
- Provide leadership, training, and support to the sales team
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our brand
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or hospitality sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English (Portuguese is a plus)
