Office Assistant - Lahore, Pakistan
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. We do not provide accommodation for this position.
