We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our growing team in Almada, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, video calls, and social media
- Understand clients' needs and provide them with appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively advise clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize company resources and tools to effectively assist clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Online Consultant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Familiarity with online communication platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with the potential for extension. The salary for this position is $1000 per month. As this is an online role, the candidate must have their own visa/work permit for Portugal.
