Accountant for a Multinational Company in Shan

We are hiring an experienced Accountant to join our multinational company in Shan. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and analyzing data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Indian accounting standards is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support internal and external audits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Quickbooks)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
