Our architectural firm is seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures while ensuring they meet modern safety and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Developing detailed preservation plans and strategies for each project
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute preservation projects
- Researching and sourcing appropriate materials and techniques for restoration work
- Overseeing construction work to ensure adherence to preservation plans and standards
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Providing guidance on building codes, regulations, and historic preservation laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Preservation Architect or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of historical architecture, materials, techniques, and conservation principles
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and historic preservation laws in Liechtenstein (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team
