Sales Representative



Our fast-growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Faro. We specialize in providing innovative solutions for our clients in the sales industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential sales opportunities through research and networking
- Present and promote our products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Faro without accommodation
