We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the bustling city of Almada. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a successful restaurant operation while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service
- Manage and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Collaborate with the chef to create seasonal menus and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
