We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (English language skills are not required)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
