Pastry Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Balzers. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and visually stunning desserts and pastries that will delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of desserts and pastries according to menu specifications
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and place orders as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dessert ideas
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent communication skills in German (English proficiency is a plus)
Salary:
